SAT Test Preparation Overview and Schedules:

- Class sequences focus on preparing for the SAT test or ACT test offered in four variations:
- ----- 1. Class sequences dealing with both academic review of the subject and test taking
- ----- 2. Class sequences dealing with all three test subjects: writing, verbal and math
- ----- 3. Class sequences dealing only with the writing and verbal portion of test
- ----- 4. Class sequences dealing only with the math portion of the test

- In summary:
- ----- If the student has not previously taken a test (PSAT, SAT or ACT) a 4 hour test session
- - - - is required
- ----- All sequence variations start with a 1 hour Test Strategy session
- ----- Classes are scheduled twice a week, a 2 hour class midweek and a second 2 hour class
- - - - on Saturday

- Class sequences dealing with all three test subjects- writing, critical reading and math- are offered as a 24 or 28 hour class sequence:
- ---- Optional 4 hour base line evaluation test
- ---- 2 hour Base Line Test review and Test Strategy class
- ---- Alternating classes
- --------- 5 two hour lecture / problem solving classes
- --------- 4 two hour lecture / problem solving classes
- ---- 4 hour 'Practice Test' to measure performance improvement

- Class sequences dealing with the writing and critical reading portions of the tests are offered as a 16 or 20 hour sequence:
- ---- Optional 4 hour base line evaluation test
- ---- 2 hour Base Line Test review and Test Strategy class
- ---- 5 two hour lecture / problem solving classes addressing writing and verbal skills
- ---- 4 hour 'Practice Test' to measure performance improvement

- Class sequences dealing with only the math portion of the tests are offered as an 12 or 16 hour sequence:
- ---- Optional 4 hour base line evaluation test
- ---- 2 hour Base Line Test review and Test Strategy class
- ---- 3 two hour lecture / problem solving classes
